With extensive experience in design-build projects, our team has the background and knowledge to effectively visualize, document, and budget the building automation system at bid time, before a comprehensive design has been developed.

After award of the project, we work hand-in-hand with the MEP engineers and the subcontractors on our design-build team to keep the design compliant with the RFP, while providing value engineering solutions and keeping the project on budget.

PLAN AND SPEC / BID-BUILD

The traditional plan and spec contracting method allows us to be extremely competitive at bid time. Through extensive pre-bid coordination with mechanical contractors we are able to identify scope gaps and help both the mechanical and general contractor reduce their risk prior to the bid.
